TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Estapharma GmbH and its business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Estapharma GmbH provides manufacturing and development services for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and dietary supplement products in the B2B sector. No online retail is conducted.

3. Contract conclusion

Contracts are concluded individually by written agreement, offer and acceptance (e.g. email or signed offer).

4. Prices and payment

All prices are agreed individually. Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT.

5. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are agreed individually per order. Delays due to force majeure are excluded.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

German law applies. Jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of the company where legally permissible.
